Founder & full-stack developer
A SaaS platform for consulting firms that bid on World Bank, ADB and EBRD tenders.
What it does
- One tender feed from World Bank, ADB, EBRD, UN, GIZ and 13 more sources, checked automatically every two hours and scored for relevance to each firm.
- AI reads the tender documents — qualification requirements, expert positions and criteria in minutes.
- Expert search across the firm's CV database with word forms and synonyms in English and Russian.
- CVs in the bank's format (World Bank TECH-6 or the client's template) in one click.
- Company workspaces with roles, subscriptions, billing and an admin console.
How it was built
I designed the product, wrote the frontend and backend, set up the servers and run them. Tender sources are collected by scheduled workers; documents are downloaded and summarised with an AI model; the interface works in English and Russian.
