Full-stack developer
A dashboard that runs personalised B2B email campaigns from ten mailboxes across US and European time zones.
What it does
- Builds the contact base from open business data and a crawler that finds public contact emails on company websites, then checks every domain's mail server.
- Writes personal letters per industry with the recipient's prices by country and an animated header rendered with the company's name.
- Sends on schedule: only in the recipient's morning, Monday to Thursday, with per-mailbox limits and automatic brakes on bounces.
- Reads replies over IMAP, sorts them into replies, auto-replies, bounces and unsubscribes, and pings the owner in Telegram.
- Learns which subject lines and letter designs get answers and uses them more often.
