Do I need the WhatsApp Business Platform?
Yes — a bot runs on the WhatsApp Business Platform (API), not on the phone app. I help you set up the Meta business account, the phone number and the message templates.
Does Meta charge for messages?
Replies within 24 hours of the customer's last message are free. Messages your business starts, such as reminders, use templates that Meta charges per message, at rates that depend on the country.
Can I keep my current number?
Usually yes. Depending on how the number is used today, it is moved to the platform or connected alongside the WhatsApp Business app — I check your case before we start.
Where will the bot run?
On your server or an inexpensive cloud server, usually $5–10 a month. I set it up and hand over access.
