Telegram or WhatsApp — which should I choose?
Telegram bots are quicker to build and free to run. WhatsApp reaches more customers in Europe, but needs a WhatsApp Business account approved by Meta and charges for some business-initiated messages. I'll help you choose; there is a full comparison in the guides.
Where will the bot run?
On your server or an inexpensive cloud server (usually $5–10 a month). I set it up and hand over access.
Do I get the source code?
Yes. The code and all accounts belong to you.
Can the bot speak several languages?
Yes — the bot can detect the user's language or offer a choice.
